I am interested in how long the ritual should be repeated, and what to do with the ingredients and the bill?
You can repeat the ritual as many times as you’d like, though you keep the chest or box under your bed (or somewhere else safe) for a full lunar cycle. After that, repeat the spell as needed or keep the money with you as a sign of growing prosperity.

You can continue to keep it under your bed, or you can choose to refresh the box and cast the spell again. It just specifies that you cast the spell and wait at least a full lunar cycle before doing the spell again.
