I was introduced to some tantric techniques by a Mantic Chia book a long time ago during my student days (I won’t name this book here just in case it breaches any rules for this public forum but I could go into more detail in the private member area if requested).
Are there any other books or learning resources that are recommended as an introduction to this topic (on how to channel, control, manifest, transmute this kind of primal energy)?
